There are tones of ways to lose weight one just has to find the diet that's right for him or her. Personally I prefer a body cleanse before venturing into any weight loss program as it always rids the body of toxins. What I've realized is most people rush into weight loss programs and although they may look great outwardly, they feel terible inside and there bodies as still prone to illnesses.

This is a great list. I notice they are all relatively unprocessed foods, and are all a great base for many tasty meals.
When the food remains simple, the weight loss is simpler, but still a very hard thing to achieve.

The top 10 cheap food article was very good.but what I fail to understand is how is Brown rice better than white rice?beause of the more fibre content?
